A British woman sued her former divorce lawyers for negligence at work , after the latter had not explained that the completion of the separation process would bring the end of her marriage .
Lawsuit bizarre Jane Mulcahy , a conservative Catholic who rejects separation from husband , was rejected by the court , but what is trumpeted its naivety . She claims that her lawyers failed to explain that a divorce would end her marriage .
She says lawyers disregarded her religious faith and had to recommend a legal separation , divorce, a full step away , as an alternative option .
In parallel with this issue , in the same court is deciding the fate of another marriage , where a woman has filed for divorce from her husband after the latter does not eat peas with a fork , whereas in another case seeking divorce from husband is because the the latter shake toothbrush between the teeth washing process and not the end .
However most extreme case is that of a woman who is separated from her husband on their wedding day , claiming that the latter had not organized ceremony that promised costly .
