Discovered a protein that conquers 'metastazën
According to these scientists at Cornell University in the state of New York, this discovery could lead to treatments that could prevent the tumor to be released in the body.
In the published study, this means that a team has injected blood samples with proteins, including a protein that attacks the cancer, which is actually sticky dizajnar to be pearl white blood cells.
Scientists say the beads of white blood cells have shown that they are capable of destroying cancer cells, in which they encountered.
U.S. researchers say that 90% of cancer deaths are related to metastasis, or the spread of cancer cells in the body.
Cornell University study is published in the "Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences" in the U.S.
